Purposes of Use
Collected information is used for the following purposes. - Identity verification, account management, and login-status management - Business-idea analysis, AI output generation, plan storage, and export - Providing paid services, confirming payments, maintaining purchase history, refunds, and handling receipts and inquiries - Detecting and preventing unauthorized logins, access outside permissions, payment fraud, overload, and attacks - Investigating failures, improving quality, understanding usage, and improving features - Responding to laws, these Terms of Use, and procedures of administrative agencies or courts
Transmission to External AI Analysis Services
To provide analysis features, the service may send the business ideas, assumptions, profile, chat content, and related plan information entered by the user to external AI analysis services. Authentication information needed to connect to external services is managed by the operator and is not shown on the user’s screen. The service is designed not to store the full input in ordinary logs, and masks strings that may be email addresses, telephone numbers, or authentication information if they could appear in logs. Do not enter personal information, confidential information, authentication information, personal identification numbers, health information, financial information, or a third party’s confidential information that is unnecessary for analysis.
Provision to and Entrustment to Third Parties
Except where required by law, with the user’s consent, necessary to protect life, body, or property, or necessary to cooperate with an administrative agency or similar body, the operator does not provide personal data to third parties. The operator may entrust processing to external services such as Cloudflare, Stripe, and OpenAI to the extent necessary to provide the service. Information is sent to contractors as needed for infrastructure, payment processing, AI processing, log management, and security measures. Contractors may be located outside Japan.
Cookies and Sessions
The service uses cookies or equivalent technologies to maintain login status, prevent unauthorized operations, provide security, and check usage status. If cookies are disabled, some features such as login, purchase, and analysis may be unavailable.
Retention Period
Account information, plans, analysis results, purchase history, and refund history are retained for the period necessary to provide the service, respond to inquiries, comply with legal retention obligations, handle disputes, and conduct audits. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized in a way that makes restoration difficult. However, backups, audit logs, and records needed for payment, accounting, or fraud prevention may be retained for a certain period to the minimum extent necessary.
Security Measures
The service implements the following security measures. - Passwords are not stored in plaintext and are stored after conversion to a form suitable for encryption - Prevention of unauthorized operations through login information, origin checks, and permission checks - Authentication information for external services is not shown on the user’s screen and is managed in the operator’s environment - AI outputs are not displayed as dangerous-format display data without processing - Full input is not stored in ordinary logs, and strings that appear to be confidential information are masked - Verification of the validity, amount, currency, and purchase details of payment notifications
Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, and Deletion
As provided by law, the user may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to third parties concerning the user’s retained personal data. After confirming identity, identifying the relevant data, and checking records that must be retained by law, the operator will respond within a reasonable scope. State the purchase confirmation number, relevant plan, registered email address, and billing details when contacting the operator.
Use by Minors
A minor must obtain the consent of a parent or other legal representative before using the service. Use involving business decisions, payments, or contracts is premised on confirmation by a parent or responsible person.
