This is a digital service, so physical goods are not returned. Refunds are generally not provided for analyses that have started or completed normally, user input errors, a mismatch with expectations, or the results of business decisions. Duplicate payments, an analysis not starting after payment, a material service-side failure, and paid services not provided when the service ends will be reviewed under the Refund Policy.
